PARISI SPEED SCHOOL OF NAPLES

At Parisi Speed School of Naples, we are dedicated to helping boys and girls aged 5-17 improve their confidence, self-esteem, speed, agility, balance, and overall athleticism through our overall and sport-specific workouts.

Parisi PROGRAMS

Our programs are designed to help young athletes at all levels reach their full potential. We offer a variety of sport-specific workouts that focus on improving speed, agility, balance, and overall athleticism. Our programs include:

PEE WEE â€‹Little Speedsters  

Ages 5-7​

Focus: Motor skill development, problem solving, athletic movement,

self-esteem building​

​

Parisi Pee Wee classes teach fundamental athletic movements to children 4-6 years old. This class integrates age-appropriate educational strategies with motivational coaching.Parisi Pee Wee will develop critical motor skills and problem solving abilities while building self-esteem and confidence.

JUMP START 
Ages 7-12


Focus: Sets an early athletic foundation
 

 

The Parisi Jump Start Program is taught by certified Parisi Performance Coaches and utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete's physical foundation, improve their coordination and self-esteem. Our signature speed and strength training methods are serious, but all within a fun and friendly environment to ensure the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 110%.

Jump Start is a must for any young person who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition.

TOTAL SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Ages 12-15


Focus: Signature programming to provide maximum improvements in athletic performance 
 

The Parisi Total Performance Program utilizes the most up-to-date research on safe athlete training techniques and injury prevention as its foundation. This program uses our signature speed and strength training methods and cutting-edge coaching techniques from certified Parisi Performance Coaches to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance program builds on an athlete's physical foundation and refines their skills in order for them to maximize their strength, aerobic and/or sport specific training. Athlete's will also learn the skills and conditioning necessary to help prevent injuries through various warm-ups, exercises and techniques.


At this level, programming is broken down into an individual focus per session; linear speed, acceleration and deceleration, multi directional speed and strength. This program builds on an athlete's physical foundation and refines their skills in order for them to maximize their strength, aerobic and/or sport specific training. Athlete's will also learn the skills and conditioning necessary to help prevent injuries through various warm-ups, exercises and techniques.

PEAK PERFORMANCE
(Age 11+)  


Focus: Training for those aspiring to complete at the highest levels, this program provides sport specific training for athletes.

 

The Parisi PEAK Program was created for elite athletes who aspire to compete at the collegiate, Olympic or professional level. Delivered in semi-private sessions, this program identifies the skills that are necessary for an athlete to reach their potential at a specific sport and provides them with the training necessary to help turn "potential abilities" into "actual abilities."

 

The program focuses on an athlete's individual needs for a specific sport and desired improvements. This high-level training aims to develop an athlete's specific talents, while at the same time turn their weaknesses into strengths. PEAK can be added to our Jump Start and Total Performance programming to provide a comprehensive athlete training program or it can stand on its own to work only on specific needs and is also taught by certified Parisi Performance Coaches.

“Both of my children are members at this Speed School. My son is a 14 year old basketball player and my daughter is a 13-year-old softball player.

My son suffered from weak ankles which in turn compromised his knees and lower back. Their systematic and scientific evaluation was second to none in order to build the perfect exercise prescription and workout.

He went from a standing 21-in vertical to 27-in vertical in a very short amount of time. His mobility and stability along with strength has increased exponentially. We could not be happier with my son’s progress and we will continue to keep him here through high School.

This program is truly amazing. I have a 13 year old son that had a traumatic knee injury -bone bruise and sprained knee ligaments. Took him out of soccer and even walking for 6 months. Once he went back to the field the soccer coach basically told him he was too slow to play on his EDP Team but he could train with the team all season.

We found Parisi over the late fall winter trained 2- 3 times a week doing linear speed and change direction. ,My son blew away all the boys and girls with his regained speed and form. The speed coach was highly impressed remembering how he couldn’t even do a slow straight jog.My son ended being a starter at the last spring soccer game this season, out running the opponents players.

This program is perfect to learn all the proper techniques for running and being the best at whatever sport you play. My son has added the weight training component now to get stronger and prevent future injuries. My freshman football player is now in the program as well. Highly recommend!
